This dual operating model means we feel the same operational pain our clients feel, from software uptime and support queues to release cadence, compliance, and cost management. That experience shapes how we deliver every engagement.

    We write down what we're building, why, and how we'll know it works before writing the first line of production code. No 'we'll figure it out as we go' surprises.

A straightforward delivery process, applied consistently.

We've used variants of this six-phase process across in-house products and client engagements of every size. Scaled up for large programmes, scaled down for small builds, but the structure stays the same.

  1. Step 01

    Scoping and discovery

    A structured workshop where we understand your business, users, constraints, success criteria, and existing systems. You leave with a written brief, proposed approach, and realistic estimate whether you work with us or not.

  2. Step 02

    Planning and design

    We break work into a sequenced plan with milestones, clear responsibilities, and measurable acceptance criteria. If the work includes user-facing design we share Figma prototypes and iterate with your feedback.

  3. Step 03

    Engineering and weekly demos

    We build in short cycles with automated tests, version control, and structured pull-request review. Every week you see a working demo, a written status update, and any adjusted priorities.

  4. Step 04

    Testing and acceptance

    Before any go-live we run functional testing, load checks, security review, and your team's acceptance sign-off. Nothing ships without explicit approval and a rollback plan.

  5. Step 05

    Launch and handover

    Production deployment with monitoring, runbooks, environment documentation, and in-person handover. We plan for the first week of live operations explicitly, not as an afterthought.

  6. Step 06

    Support and continuous improvement

    Most clients continue with retained support or follow-on feature work. We provide structured SLA options, bug fix windows, and regular roadmap sessions for what comes next.
